Privacy notice
This notice explains what information ARBEZ LLC ("ARBEZ", "I", "we") collects through arbezllc.com and while working with clients, and what we do with it. The site has no forms, no accounts, and no advertising or tracking cookies.
What we collect
- Visit data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request data to serve and protect the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
- Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
- Booking. If you book a call, Google Calendar collects your name, email, and anything you type in the booking form.
- Payment. If you pay, Stripe collects your payment details. We never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email, and the amount paid.
- Email. If you email us, we keep the message and your address.
- Client work. If you become a client, we handle the material you send us, and, where your order calls for it, conversations your AI agent has with your end users, in your own accounts. Our client agreement and AI Services Terms govern that work.
How we use it
To answer you, hold calls, deliver and support the work you order, send invoices, keep business and tax records, and keep the site running and secure. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We do not use your material or your end users' conversations to train AI models of our own.
Who else processes it
Only the service providers we need: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Google (fonts and calendar booking), Stripe (payments), our email provider, and, for client work, the AI and voice providers named in your order. Each handles data under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Emails and booking details: as long as needed to talk with you, then up to 2 years. Client and payment records: as long as needed for the work and to meet tax and legal record-keeping obligations. Blueprint prototypes and sample content: deleted 30 days after delivery unless you go ahead with a Pilot.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing stefanbreet@arbezllc.com. We reply within 30 days. Some records we must keep for tax or legal reasons; we will tell you if that applies.
Security
We use reputable providers, keep access to accounts limited, and use multi-factor authentication where it is offered. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't email passwords, card numbers, or health details.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses. They are not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this notice changes, we update the date at the top.
