Terms and AI use
Client work is governed only by a signed ARBEZ LLC agreement and the AI Services Terms sent with it. Nothing on this website is an offer that binds ARBEZ until both parties sign.
Part 1. How AI agents work, and their limits
ARBEZ LLC builds AI agents, voice or chat, that run on third-party language, speech, and voice models. You should know the following before working with us or talking to an agent we built:
- AI makes mistakes. Agents can give answers that are wrong, incomplete, or out of date, even when set up carefully. Check anything important with a person.
- Agents say they are AI. Every agent we build opens by telling people they are talking to an AI assistant, not to the coach or business that runs it.
- No professional advice. Agents share general information from the owner's material. They do not give medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or tax advice, and must not be used in an emergency.
- The owner is responsible for the agent. Each agent belongs to and is run by the client business that deployed it, in its own accounts. Questions about an agent's answers or recordings go to that business.
- No guaranteed results. We do not promise any number of leads, calls, sales, or revenue.
- Examples are illustrations. Example conversations on this site, including any coach named "Dana", are fictional and show how an agent could work.
Part 2. How we use AI in our own work
We use AI tools to help write, code, test, and document. A person, Stefan Breet, reviews and is accountable for every deliverable we send. We do not put a client's confidential material into an AI tool that trains on it, and we do not use client material or end-user conversations to train models of our own.
Part 3. Website terms
- Information only. This site describes our services. Prices and terms can change until an agreement is signed.
- Career Cat. Career Cat is Stefan Breet's own build. The numbers quoted (10 agents, 324 conversations) describe that system.
- Our content. The text and design of this site belong to ARBEZ LLC. You may link to it and quote short parts with credit.
- Other sites. Links to other sites (for example Stripe, Google Calendar, careercat.online) are governed by those sites' own terms.
- No warranty. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
- Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, ARBEZ LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site, and no member of ARBEZ LLC is personally liable for anything on it.
- Law. Wisconsin law governs these terms.
